Anita M. was born in Singapore and then lived in Sri Lanka until she was 2 years
old. An ethnic Sindhi woman from India, her family then moved to Hong Kong where she grew up speaking fluent Sindhi, Cantonese and English, as well as being conversant with a multitude of cultural idioms.
